"The team that came to work on our house was amazing! They were so kind and considerate of us and our house. They took extreme measures to make sure that left everything as is and cleaned up after themselves; they went above and beyond. The work they did was outstanding. Mannny even helped us with the colors and design which came out absolutely beautiful. We got compliments while they were here working from our neighbors about how professional Manny and his team were. Manny clearly likes to see perfection. He and his team transformed our house into one with amazing curb appeal. For such a big job, they remained focused and on task with high quality work and superb results. I would highly recommend Manny and his team."

As a customer who pays extra attention to minor details I can honestly write this to say thank you to Eric for building my deck, he used quality materials even new wood to drop a dumpster on my driveway was shocking. Eric was always on time, went beyond my expectations and always backed up his work. Don't think twice hire Top Pros it will be hard to find the friendliest, amazing prices and quality work from a local contractor. This is a real review from a real customer who is never 100% satisfied!"

"Thanks Mike and crew for my new roof and deck. After a hot week , my flat twenty year old roof developed some major leaks. Mike (Owner) was able to come out quickly and access the situation and come up with a very comprehensive plan that made sense for my situation. His quotes are very detailed and covered every question / concern I could think of. When you first meet Mike, you get a sense very quickly that he takes great pride in his work; he knows what he's talking about and is happy to address all questions and concerns. Texting or Emailing Mike was always met with a very timely response. Mike was able to get me on his schedule quickly and his very professional and knowledgeable crew (Thanks Edgar) were out and stripping off the old roof in no time; a far superior roofing system that should last for twenty years and was very competitively priced was installed. His Crew were also very on top of their game; they were always available to answer questions and go over the steps of the roofing process. My flat roof also had an existing deck that needed work and had to be dismantled for the new roof to be installed and I had a second area where I wanted a new deck built. After seeing my "Gold Star" roof completed, I was concerned about another contractor coming out and damaging the roof to install a new deck; there is a very exact way to install decks on flat roofs without puncturing them. I asked Mike to remove and reinstall the old deck and build a second deck on the opposite side of the roof. Once again, Mike and Crew came through with my amazing new Trex Decks; couldn't be happier with the high quality of work balanced with very competitive pricing. I recommend highly Ideal Home Improvements Team."
