He was courteous, professional and worked quickly. He explained maintenance steps we should take in the future. Ben also installed a sliding lock to reinforce our second door. The office called me first to let me know the timeframe in which he would arrive and Ben called me when he was 30 minutes out. He scheduled based on my description and photos, but I was unable to accurately describe the extent of the damage. It required more work than he had anticipated but he took all the obstacles in stride, he had tools he needed despite unexpected challenges (including the old, bizarre, inconvenient conditions of my house), he problem-solved efficiently, and he fixed it right.
