"Alejandro came by on the same day I called him. Very friendly but, more importantly, professional and honest. I had wanted a major upgrade of the electricity panel currently installed to power my apartment. He told me truthfully that what I wanted done was not reasonable given the limitations of the building. I got a much better understanding of how everything works just by his explanation. If I had hired the other electrician I had consulted prior to consulting Alejandro, it may have just ended in distaster for the entire building. Richard called me the next day and I informed him that I had a ceiling fan put by a non professional and it was not working. Richard immediately made an appointment to come in. He showed up on a Saturday as scheduled on time and went to work taking apart the fan. He then connected all electrical wires properly and re-installed the fan.
