David & Sam came over right away, when I called for an estimate, and also provided us with a senior discount, which I thought was great customer service! David took the time to evaluate the plumbing problems we were having, and advised us, in a very patient and practical manner. David sent Sam to do the repairs, and the whole experience was VERY positive. Sam was very creative in resolving the problem with the Pfister tub spout, when we learned that the new spout was shorter than the original one in the wall; he solved the problem, and it now looks great, and works well. "In January 2017 had a problem where the secondary sewer line serving the laundry and kitchen areas was blocked. Obtained estimates from three plumbing companies including Leak Free. All three agreed the line was broken under the house slab foundation so could not be repaired. All three gave estimates for a new line.
