They used wood screws to secure a shower door frame and failed to caulk any of the joints. They also left a ton of damage to my walls that I had to call them back to repair and repaint. To aid with entry to my building, I loaned them a set of spare keys, which they forgot to bring and had to return on a separate trip. After I submitted the final payment, I found that they neglected to secure the button sill of the shower door at all and it simply slid out of place. I sent Ron a message asking for a return of my payment and he has been silent. Amateur work, no attention to detail, carelessness. Don't hire these guys for your project, hire professionals"

From the outset, Tom demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship, creative spirit, and a deep understanding of the materials. We selected Tom due to his expertise and experience with TimberTech, his competitive pricing, and his flexibility with the project scope. We received quotes from three other deck companies, all of which were more expensive and less accommodating. Tom was thorough, detailed, flexible, patient, and kind. We recommend Tom and his work, however, a few considerations to keep in mind: 1. Our project was planned for 2023 but was ultimately delayed into 2024 due to unforeseen financial circumstances and impacts from other projects. Though unplanned and unfortunate, Tom maintained consistent communication with us throughout this period. 2. Tom operates mostly as a one-man team. While this is reflected in his lower overhead costs, it also means that the project pace will likely be slower compared to companies with larger teams. A pool lanai is similar to a pool enclosure, except it is considered an extension of a house. It sits under an existing truss roof rather than a separate shelter. Homeowners often outfit pool lanais with furniture, home décor, and other additions like audio-visual systems. A small lanai costs as little as $1,000 for materials and labor. Most lanais stay under $3,000 on the high end, but intricate layouts or large extensions can cost more in labor and materials.
Pool screens have varying lifespans based on their construction. Fiberglass screens last from 10 to 15 years, aluminum screens last from 15 to 20 years, polyester screens perform reliably for 20 to 30 years, and stainless steel screens offer durability for 30 years or more. Regular inspections and proper installation ensure these screens perform to their full lifespan.
You should regularly clean your pool screens to ensure they are effective and long-lasting. In a bucket, combine warm water with dish soap or cleaning vinegar. Then lightly scrub the screen with a soft-bristle brush or large sponge using your bucket mixture. After scrubbing, you can rinse the screens with a garden hose and let the screens dry in the sun.
