"When they arrived they were very thorough about securing ropes for safety purposes and when limbs were cut they were immediately removed cleaned up! They also ground the stumps and removed nearly all of the wood chips from the job making it both clean and neat! I was very pleased with the outcome. Price was competitive and workable!"

"Julio responded promptly, coming out to give me an estimate that afternoon. He assessed both trees, said he could remove the maple without damage to my neighbor's shed, and said the other tree was alright. (He could have said it needed to come down too, and increased the job for himself and the cost to me, but he didn't.) He took down the split maple safely, without touching my neighbor's shed, and removed all the debris, including some branches that weren't part of the tree's being taken down. "I sent an e-mail requesting an estimate and I received a quick reply from Trevor.   I agreed to the rate and we scheduled a service date.   He contacted me to confirm the appointment.   He called before they arrived and split and stacked one large pile beautifully.   The pieces are consistent size and will be easy to light.   I would provide a picture but this site doesn't have that option.  During the first day of work I received a call saying that the second pile wasn't accessible due to the overgrown brush (which was taller than I expected) and they provided a very fair price to clear the brush and split the second large pile.   They did just as good a job on the second pile - and I'm absolutely satisfied with the whole service.  I won't need wood for several years, but I hope to use Lucky Strike again.

"We were very pleased and impressed with the service we all received. 5 houses ended up being treated, having lots of live oaks + a few bur oak and red oaks. I had sent a photo of leaves from the infected tree about 7:30 pm and got a call at 9:30 that night! Though Brennon was out of town, he offered to come by late the next day upon his return. So at 7 pm on a Friday night he walked our property and the one next door, closest to our infected tree, taking an inventory, and provided us with an estimate for treatment. His professionalism won us over. (I contacted 4 companies in total, all with certified arborists and oak wilt certification.) On Monday morning his crew arrived and began treating our trees. Our Community Association contacted him also, upon our recommendation, and he has developed a treatment plan for the common area property where the oak wilt obviously began. I will never use another tree company! Next time our trees need trimming, Full Canopy will definitely be the company I'll call!"
