"Koality was great. Original cedar siding gave out after 35 years. No amount of repair and repainting was going to work. Replaced with James Hardie cement board lap siding, rustic series by Woodtone. Very difficult product to install properly without scratching the factory two-tone paint job. As well replaced 15 of the legacy windows with Pella's. Lots of cuts and detail work in the install. Koality did a really nice job, and their attention to detail and craftsmanship was evident throughout. For reference, recently visited an "open-house" of semi-custom homes near me; the quality of materials and the install that Koality performed on my home was in my opinion far superior to that of these new semi-custom homes that are selling in the $750,000 - $1,000,000 range."

He replaced the sprinkler valve that was leaking. He will be coming back to repair some panels around our breaker panel which will be needing to be done as soon as the electrical work is finished. "I thought it went well. Their project manager Cristina was good to interact with and she was able to schedule in the jobs and got it done within three weeks since the contract and initial down payment was made. There was a minor issue and in that i felt the contractor could have been proactive in taking measures to color match the siding instead of relying on homeowner. After the job was done, the nails were not cleaned up completely around the house. I had a flat tire and I don't think the cause was completely based on them not completely cleaning. I would definitely hire them again.."
