"He arrived on time and was done within an hour. Very professional, efficient, and friendly. The chimney was cleaned from the bottom and the area around the fireplace was blocked off so that no soot escaped. He climbed on the roof and inspected the chimney cap and said the chimney and cap were fine. I would definitely recommend Lonestar Air Duct & Chimney."

"They came out and determined that it was essentially happening from flashing not sealed at the rear of the chimney. That was taken care of immediately. Additionally noticed that the crown/wash had several cracks in it. After a 2 week wait, came back to fix the crown/wash by putting on a new surface that now had a pitch to allow rainwater to run off unlike the builder's original flat one."

"After inspecting everything, they recommended more work to make fireplace safe to use. I also needed a new chimney cap as water was leaking into the house. I had a water spot on the ceiling but thought the recent roof replacement fixed that. Chimney cap was sunk in and water was sitting, slowly dripping into the house. They fixed everything. Fireplace is now safe. Very happy with the work."

"My gas fireplace quit working. The pilot went out and I couldn't get it lit. Lords Chimney had initially helped me get it working several years before when I first bought the house, but this time, their technician couldn't figure out what model of gas logs I had, and so he said he couldn't figure out what part to order. He didn't really know which part (thermopile, valve, switch, etc) was failing. He spent quite a bit of time going with me to a neighbor's house and looking at their identical fireplace and literature, but ultimately, he said he couldn't do anything. Later, I hired another company to come try to fix it, and their guy found the model tag in about 5 seconds. He disassembled and tested the whole thing, found out the valve was bad, went and got a replacement, and now it's working great. Because of this, I called Lords Chimney and asked for my trip charge money back. Lee agreed to refund me. Even though their worker made a mistake, I give this company credit for responding to my complaint and being nice enough to refund my money five months after the fact. I still recommend them because of this and the fact that they are generally very helpful, punctual, and take the time to try to make it right. "

"Serviceman was right on time. Before cleaning the inside of my fireplace, as well as the gas logs, he laid a blanket down so no dust could get on my floor or furnishings. He noticed that the logs were set a little too close to the front, then adjusted the log rack so the gas could flow better through the logs. He also noted that the gas pipe was at the correct length to the logs. Next, he went outside and did an inspection of the chimney by getting on the roof. Except for a slight crack in the caulking around the cap there were no problems. The caulking was not something that required repair at this time. This serviceman was very professional in doing his job, in cleaning up after his inspection, and in the information he gave. I will call this company again."

"Brad and the team at Chim Chimneys are awesome!!! We visited their store last fall to talk about outdoor kitchen options. A few days later, Brad came to our house to discuss our design and followed up with a written estimate for our outdoor kitchen. We changed the design and Brad came back out to remeasure and confirm the new design in January. Their prices are very far (they were actually about 40% less than two other quotes that we received). The best part is that you can visit their store to see the various grills and equipment rather than simply look online or in a catalog. They will describe the pros and cons of the various grills based upon what you want. We were also able to choose the tile that we wanted from one of the tile stores that they recommend (literally hundreds of choices). <br /> The installation crew is top notch and very professional. They were prompt, cleaned up at the end of each day, and best of all they did a quality job. The kitchen is high quality metal framing that is measured, cut, welded and fabricated on site. The exterior is hardie cement fiber board covered in stucco with the color of your choice. During the installation, we were able to discuss tile design layout options so that the finished product was how we wanted it. They have been doing this for many years and they are great at what they are doing. It is so refreshing to use a company that really cares about their customers and doing a quality job. We actually decided it would have been nice to have one additional cabinet door after it was installed. We contacted them, they provided a quote and installed it very promptly and with the same professionalism as the original installation. We highly recommend them! <br />"

"They were professional, courteous, and took pictures to show me what was needed for the chimney and why. I'm not too surprised, since this is a 40-year-old house and it has never had chimney maintenance. They offered to set up a date to do the work, but there was no pressure. Since the cost is pretty high for the repairs, though, I plan to get other bids before I move forward. In the meantime, Patterson put a square stepping stone over the top of the chimney opening so I would not have rain or critters falling in. That was nice. We just can't use the fireplace until we get this fixed."

"Excellent results! From the initial contact with the owner of Shamrock Roofing to the final inspection by a highly competent field Superintendent the project exceeded our expectations. Shamrock management met with ourselves and our Insurance carrier to inspect and address the condition of the roof. Once a proposal was made and agreed to, the project was scheduled and completed on time. Highest quality roofing products were used and installed by a very well experienced crew. All work was done in accordance with the written proposal. We would highly recommend Shamrock Roofing to any homeowner in need or roof replacement or repair."
