"I had a serious back up in garbage disposal to main pipes in basement lwhich left lots of water & major odor 9n basement floor. I called Norm Friday 2/19/26 desp for help.. I thought it was from washer. Norm, was on it right away that evening he sent Antonio to look at the issue. Norm, gave us a quote and had his guys out first thing Sat morning. They were early, and professional tackled the basement back up with snake so professionally. Back up problem solved lots of HARD work and dedication. Basement clean up was outstanding. All that water gone. Everything back in working order. Norm expressed several times the garbage disposal is not a trash can. Thank you Norm. Just to share its not a trash can and will do serious damage. This is my second time having Norm and his guys do a job. Highly recommended Norm and his team to do your next project. Give him a call. "Fridge was having issues freezing up and then not cooling. The technician assured me it was fixable by just replacing a part and that it was such a great unit and it was better to fix it than buy a new one. We were in favor of buying a new one. But unfortunatly we lietened to him and did the part replacement. Low and behold less than 1 month after the 100 day warranty the exact same issue comes up and the fridge is unusable. All they offered was to lower the cost of a new assessment from the $65 to like $45 and then full cost of the repair which was nealry $600 the first time. Absolutely horrible customer service I will never use them again and will go out of my way to make sure anybody I know does not use them either. I feel like I was straight up scammed and now have to buy a new fridge after being assured it would fix the problem. Forgot to mention he went and actually did the repair without even finalizing with me and giving me an estimate. If I knew what it would have agreed. "

"This will be the 3rd time my dryer went out. I booked Supreme Appliance repair to fix my dryer last year in April. At first my dryer wasn?t working at all. After getting it repaired, it dried out clothes, but we had to dry twice to get my clothes dried. Now we?re having to dry the clothes3-4 times for them to get dry. I have tried reaching out to someone on Angi?s list & also reaching out to Supreme Apliance Repair. I have been told that I?m calling the wrong number. No one answers the phone or return calls on the number listed on Angi?s list. They screen the calls & ask for your name & the reason you?re calling and don?t answer nor call back."
