Matt requested a $25,000 deposit we gave it to He was trying to request another $20,000 by day number 4 of the job , going against his own contract . He wasn?t given us proper material that was promised in our contract trying to give us cheaper items then what we had outlined in our contract !! He forged my fiancé?s signature on the plumbing, electrical and fire permits, lying, putting all his contact information were is should be the homeowner info LIEING trying to say the homeowner was doing all their own work .
