"Our experience with Geno's Siding & Roofing Co. was great. Geno responded promptly, and scheduled a visit to look the job over. We had leaks around the windows in our laundry room. Geno advised the windows were fine, which we were glad to hear. He said he could remove the trim, and then install new aluminum casing around the windows. He also said he could install an aluminum sill sloped away from the windows. Russell (the technician) did a fantastic job. The result was better than I imagined it would look. We will definitely be contacting Geno when we need more work done."

"They start this Monday installing an entire wall on the north west side of my 2 story home, also the north wall had asbestos shingles about ten of them had to be removed to put a new window in with cement replacements that match the asbestos. They were very quick coming to my home to look over damage from fire in October 2024, they were very professional and honest good guys I am very happy with all that they are doing to help put my home back together. I am 72 years old I use to do this kinda of work and I can tell who's ok or a dud these guys have it together on the ball I feel like I have a lot of weight off my shoulders .I'm not able to handle doing this kinda work anymore because of my age. "Their project manager came out on a Sunday to scope the job and confirm our decking/railing choices. Good thing he did as we made some color changes that worked out for the best. When they began tearing out the old deck they found it wasn't properly installed. They could have completed the job based on the original quote but their advice, and I concurred, was to replace the frame and footings which gave me a completely new deck and attach it to the house (which was not the case with the original deck). I now have a very attractive deck that will last for many years to come. My wife and I are extremely pleased with Carl's professionalism and quality of work. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
