"I hired Alliance to complete several jobs in my newly purchased home including: 1. bringing bathroom and kitchen plumbing up to code, 2. installing a garbage disposal and faucet, 3. installing a new toilet and fixing plumbing to toilet, and 4. multiple pinpoint leaks and pipe corrosion in the basement plumbing. From the start, it was such an easy and stress-free process. Communication was constant through email and text about the service dates and ETA of the team members, which was fantastic as I was traveling back and forth between my current and new home. The estimator (Mike) was at my home the day after I made the initial call and walked through everything with me in a friendly, well-informed, and pressure-less manner. He never tried to upsell me and, in fact, helped me prioritize the most important items to address. "Absolutely amazing transformation! We’ve been considering a bathroom remodel in our 105-year-old home for 3 ½ years and first spoke with Luxury Baths 3 yrs. ago at a home show. We also spoke with other contractors. We were initially impressed with their claim to “tear everything out and start of scratch” while mitigating any mold, mildew or rot and insuring everything was sound before adding the pretty stuff. This was especially appealing to us because, unlike other contractors we were considering, Luxury Baths wasn’t going to cover everything up. Over 3 yrs. later, we were in the financial position to remodel the bathroom and sought LB out at the same home show. The sales visit made the planning simple, with samples, advice and a friendly and professional representative in 1 visit. It was followed up with a second measurement and the order was made. On installation day, Anthony and Adam showed up on time and were very friendly, professional & courteous, clean and efficient. They kept us in the loop during the entire process! At the end of the process, we were left with a totally transformed room from the bones to the finishes as promised! All we had to do was put everything back in and use our new shower. LB and A&A did not take any shortcuts and did the project the same way I would’ve myself if I had the time the skill. We can step into our bathroom/tub with the confidence that everything holding us up is secure and safe, looks great, has low maintenance/cleaning and will outlast us! "I've needed to call Bernie at My Plumbing three times. The first time as a new neighbor, he graciously walked me through the steps of replacing a check valve and told me to call him back if I ran into any issues. The most recent time I needed him, he came out to plunge our main sewer lateral. When that didn't work, he referred us to another plumber to snake the lateral. Bernie and Michael always return calls promptly and are willing to patiently answer any questions. They're a great neighborhood plumbing team and resource."

"<p>Our house is pretty old and after all of the plumbing issues we've had, we decided to have our kitchen sink/disposal replaced by a professional. After looking for a reliable plumber for months, we found Barner Murphy on Angie's List - thank goodness! Before we found them, we'd contacted about 5 other plumbers and our calls were either not returned or the plumbers were no-shows for scheduled appointments (beyond frustrating!). Barry returned my call promptly & came out a couple of days later  to take a look at what he'd be working with and provide an estimate.  He also gave us some very helpful tips for what kind of sink we should purchase and even the  type of  mounting clips we'd need in order to accommodate our thicker countertops. He basically saved us time and money right off the bat.  Barry and his colleague Matt showed up promptly and got straight to work.  Not surprisingly, the job ended up being more involved & complex due to how the previous owner installed the old sink but they handled it like pros. I'm extremely happy with the sink and I can't express how appreciative we are to have found this gem of a plumber! In a nutshell: returns calls & emails promptly, gives honest assessment of cost/job, very professional & personable.  If only there was an A+ rating.</p> <br />"
