"The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

"The whole experience from start to finish was nothing short of amazing. The initial visit from the remodeling consultant was very informative and detailed. He seemed to really care about my house, Unlike most roofing contractors who just try to make a quick sale. The install was a one day install for my 3300 sf roof. They also did an amazing job with there clean up process. I didn’t find a single nail in my yard unlike the last roof I got installed 14 years ago. "Great! Jerry’s team did a complete tear off and roof replacement and provided a ten year parts and labor warranty per our quote requirements.(see our previous review from 2017). At that time we reserved our judgement awaiting the test of time. Since then we had a couple minor concerns. First some dripping from our new skylight over the winter of 2018/19. Owner Jerry was helpful, responsive and whenever we made contact. That dripping problem we learned was only condensation during the 24-30 below zero temps we suffered. Nothing was really wrong. More recently, we found some shingles had raised edges at the ridges after high winds and storms. In both cases R K came out and addressed the issues with complete friendly professionalism. That’s why we give them all As and heartily recommend them. We believe they were our best choice for a new roof or repairs."

"Bill Bialk came to our home approximately 4 times before we ever signed a contract with him. He was extremely patient with us since this was a large project and a lot of money. Once we picked the window style, brand, color, and exterior color, he clarified everything with us 3 times to make sure we had the right windows, correct opening directions, and correct patio doors. When his install team was doing the work, you could tell they were hard workers and took their time with each window, which made us feel good. We were originally told the job would take 2 days, but it ended up taking 5. We had no problem with this because, again, they took their time with each window and door. During the install we had a few questions/concerns that came up -Bill was quick to drive over and answer any questions and concerns that same day. We must admit that we are very picky people and notice everything -there was some damaged wood on a few window moldings -Bill did not hesitate to send someone over to fix the damage. (We were expecting to have to be more "pushy" about the situation, but Bill didn't even hesitate to send someone over to fix the problems at his expense.) Truly, this is a good company with good people working for them! My only small comment would be that if you do have them install your windows, do not be surprised to find cigarette butts on the ground. Unfortunately, my son found a handful of butts and was playing with them. However, this was a small small minor comment compared to the BEAUTIFUL job that they completed!!! I would use them again in a heartbeat!"
