"The estimate was on my Daughter's rental home. I had used them previously on another property. Called Robert to provide an estimate on front yard clean up and tree and shrub trimming. Had a big Palo Verde tree (10-12 years old) in the middle of the yard that had overtaken the front yard, hanging over part the driveway, the sidewalk and part of the neighbors yard and growing into the roof of the house. I knew the HOA would be coming at me soon to get the tree under control. Called Robert in the morning and he came out same day to give me an estimate. He returned a day later with his crew and did a beautiful job. The tree trimming opened up the whole front yard raising and narrowing the canopy. Now you can see the whole house! They trimmed all the bushes, blew out out the fallen yellow (now brown) flowers from the stone and removed any weeds and treated the area for weeds. They cleaned up behind them. Looks great! "The work was slow to start at the beginning just because we had changed the initial plan to just put in a walk way from the patio to the access road in the back to include another walk from the front gate leading to the patio.  Robert was very patient in trying to understand what I tried to accomplish and what ambience I tried to create with the walk ways.  At every step of the process, he made sure that I can see fully  the actual results from the plans to make sure that I am satisfy and to explain other additional options that were available.  He also explained to me the advantage  of putting synthetic grass rather than Bermuda grass.  I decided to go with Bermuda grss just becase the cost of synthetic grass.  Robert made sure that the work was done correctly and did not take any short cuts.
