"The lower element of my Marathon water heater burned out. Nick Kraft cut out the old heater and moved it out of the way- he even helped carry it outside to my garage. He put the other heather in place and plumbed it in. He added a backstop safety relief tank that brought my plumbing up to current code. The only complaint I have it that he did put a long enough drain hose on the relief valve so if it ever release water, it would go onto the framing members of the basement.
