"Booked a move in/out clean, cleaner was at my empty house from 10 am - 2:30 pm. Upon our return, the house smelled like cleaning product downstairs but otherwise no evidence that someone cleaned. Inside cabinets and oven are filthy. The paper towel photo is from one swipe of the kitchen floor. Paid $40 extra to have the ceiling fans cleaned, they are caked with dust. Windows are filthy. Toilet seat is visibly dirty, shower has mold on the tiles. The company offered up to 2 re-cleans before issuing a full refund. I don?t have time to let a cleaner sit in my house for 4.5 hours two more times before move in, so I declined and requested a full refund of the $440 I wasted. They tried to give me a discount on a future clean (why would I use them again) and later gave a 50% refund. A friend who also used them for a move in clean (different cleaning person) had the same result, so can?t even say it was just the person we were assigned. Extremely disappointed, and I?m now stuck cleaning the h"

"I am sooo happy to hire Tidier Home cleaners. I am a retired single man with a handicap that stops me from doing house cleaning. The two ladies that came to my apartment were very friendly and they worked so well together to get the job done. I will ask for these two ladies again for my next cleaning!!
