"Excellent service right from the beginning to the end of the project. Sales team was very helpful and provided advice on what had to be done. Since I had an existing backsplash and did not want to replace it, they pointed out that there was an 1/8" difference in height that had to be taken care of. All the other providers never mentioned this, even though they knew the backsplash was not being changed. Only when I mentioned it to the other provider, did they realize it.. At design time the gentlemen was very helpful in deciding which part of the stone to use. We changed the design of the island and they immediately were willing to work with us at no additional cost. On the day of installation, the crew arrived promptly at 9 am and were totally done by 2 pm. We also included the plumber from Konkus and he too was very professional and thorough in his work and made sure there were no leaks. Extremely happy with everything. Overall we only paid about $60 over the next cheapest vendor and we felt it was totally worth it."

"We purchased an Angie's List special for $1499 for a custom granite countertop including materials and labor. We first contacted the company for information and talked to Hannah Deliere, sales executive, about the service. She was very helpful and I provided her a rough drawing of the counter top surface and some kitchen pictures. We visited Mont Granite in Hillard to look at a variety of granite slabs on display. The special offer was for 9 types of granite selections and any other stones were considered an upgrade. We made several trips to the granite location before deciding on a granite stone upgrade called Giallo Fiorito. We took a cabinet door to help us match over 200 slabs on display. After we made our decision and provided the down payment, a technican visited our home and verified the measurements. The installers showed up on time and  removed the sink, plumbing connections and old countertop. The new granite surface was installed including a cut out for the sink and a back splash. The sink was replaced  and attached  caulking was done on the backsplash area. We were responsible for re-connecting the water supply lines, pipes, disposal etc. The entire installation took about 4 hours and the installers did a great job on the clean up. We were very impressed with the work done by the installers, Tyler and Tim. Special thanks to Hannah for keeping us informed on the progress of the job and answering our phone calls and e-mails. The entire process took about three weeks from ordering through installation. The granite countertop has transformed our kitchen and we are very satisfied with the job. "We had a leaky shower, and determined it was due to loose tiling, which turned out to be a bigger problem than just a loose tile or two (no surprise). Replacing tile was no possible, because of the age of the current tile and its arrangement in the bathroom. Arlington Tile boss came to see it, arranged for one of his associated specialists to tackle it - he fixed the problem, preserved the tile, made it look better than when we moved into the house, all for much less than I feared it might cost. I recommend them highly - good people."
