"West Shore installed an acrylic shower surround system. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and not high pressure. West Shore offered a 25% discount, a military discount, and 12-month, 0% financing. The project was scheduled quickly and completed in two days. The installers were very careful and cleaned up reasonably well. The installer pointed out a defect in material and ordered a replacement part prior to leaving. We carefully inspected the work post installation and found a few minor items plus we were not satisfied that the shower pan anti-slip surface was satisfactory. Aislin of Customer service took note of our issues and advised that they could add a non-skid coating at no extra charge. The service tech (Tim White) came out three days ago and addressed all of our issues promptly and to our satisfaction. This project was completed in about 1-1/2 months from contract signing to final touches. Aislin called yesterday to check on our satisfaction and reassured us that West Shore stands behind their products and workmanship."

"I highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions. They are first class, outstanding company that did wonderful job for me. The quality of their work was excellent, and their price was excellent. I did a major master bathroom upgrade (completely new shower, new soaking tub, new Wayne's coating). I got quotes from several competitors and Five Star Baths had by far the best design solution, the best materials (their Sentrel product had a far better look and feel than their competitor's acrylic), and a surprisingly lower cost. "The job was done efficiently and timely manner. But their customer services are not very satisfactory. We had a little leak on tap inside shower place and I called 2-3 times to fix it or replace. It is not done yet. Once the job is done they don’t take care of if there is any defect. I thought of recommending to friends but didn’t do due to this. Dominique took my call. Then I called the lady contractor Francesca who came to do this job. She informed me once she receives the parts she will come to install it. It never happened."

"James did multiple jobs for me after diagnosing the actual problem. Correcting the issue required james to replace part of an old pipe which could only be accessed through a ceiling. James not only fixed the plumbing issue, he completed the carpentry work and repaired the ceiling. He also replaced my shower floor and the tiles surrounding it. James also replaced faucets on my utility sink. James is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and a master of his craft. I highly recommend hiring him for your plumbing needs and wants."
