Everything was going fine until near the end of the job. After shower fixtures were installed I noticed they were the wrong finish from what we agreed on for the estimate. Took a week for Joel to reorder & replace. When the frameless glass shower panel was going in, the installer realized it was the wrong size, and had to be redone. The grout on the stone shower floor was very sloppily applied. Bits of dried grit are stuck on the stones. Before job was finished Joel was asking for full payment as he was running tight of money. I insisted on paying him in full only when job was complete. He wasn't very happy. Overall, the tile shower walls & bathroom floor tile look great. I only wish there had been more attention paid to the other details."
