The Artisan team was uniformly friendly, knowledgeable, professional and well-organized. My 4000 square foot roof was replaced in one day and on the date it was scheduled for."

"Replacing a worn-out roof can be a daunting task. You want the job done right and for a reasonable cost. The first roofer claimed to have been in business for years in two states. The BBB reported them as a new company (Name Changed 2x+! Why? What were they hiding?). The second company admitted that it was new and under-bid the job. I could expect to get a low-quality job and/or have them ask for more upon completion. The third company bragged about being in business for 90+ years and bid twice what the insurance company estimated for the job! They were out of my league! Then Clyde Hance called. He has years of experience in both re-roofing and house-construction. He had many good suggestions for everything associated with a roof replacement and he has an experienced crew. They did a re-roofing that exceeded my goals for both quality-installation and completed-appearance. "I called for estimate Arron responded and was there next morning. He inspected roof on the outside and inside. He went in my attic and showed me his findings with flashlight. Arron inspected my chimmey and advised the best option to fix it and his crew fixed my siding that had come loose from 20 plus years of wind and deteriorating. Arron sat me down and explained EVERYTHING in the estimate down to the materials used and the type of premium shingles he uses that alot of homeowners are not familiar with.. Arron explained how the work would be done and when. I was scheduled for 2 to 3 weeks out, but Arron explained he may call to do it earlier, if weather stopped him from doing a larger job, he would fit me in. He did and Arron completed my roof from estimate to completion in 6 days. His crew completed my job in one day. Arrons crew arrived 7am and was gone before 5pm with not a clue they was even there, other than my new roof. All debris was gone. Arron arrived before 7am and set up his dump trailer and made sure parking and access was safe for his crew. Materials arrive before or with crew and I got out of the way. Arron had a 12 man or more crew that was rolling. Arrons crew fixed my siding on my chimmey while replacing flashing and recommended me getting a chimmey cap for my very large chimmey, but assured the flashing and roof will not leak, of I don't. I chose the upgraded shingles and the work is beautiful, but most importantly, no leaks. This was a important deal for me and my family. "We had a set of three projects, as follows: Replacement of Masonite siding with Hardieboard. Gutters replaced with Gutter Guard. Excellent execution. Minor issues corrected on-the-spot. Deck repair and refinishing. Needed to be right, plus no splatter on the new siding. Done perfectly. Roof shingles replaced with upgraded materials. We had a flu sweep through the crew. Storms impacted the schedule, and we insisted that the roofers take no chances with slippery conditions and lightning. A few issues resulted from these nature-sourced interruptions. However, the project manager kept us in-the-loop, and through his efforts and that of the owner, Mike, all issues were addressed, excellently. Costs reflect all three phases."

"Overall, we are very happy with our experience with Home Genius Exteriors. Roofing jobs are expensive, they just are. The sales consultant - Andre Irving - is an exemplary professional! We really enjoyed working with him to discuss the whole project, particulars about our roof, and our concerns and worries. Andre spends time getting to know you enough to understand how to make a deal happen. He showed us the whole product, assisted us to understand the money and financing, and we all agreed on "Midnight Plum" as the color! Communication from the agency was prompt and we always had someone to reach out to. They were able to schedule the work extremely fast - we met with Andre on a Friday, and the crew was out the following Tuesday - new roof, done, Tuesday evening. There was a project manager - we spoke with two of them, Tony and Evan - available on the project site. The only issue we had was some confusion about the dumpster. It got left overnight in our driveway - not the biggest issue in the world, just some confusion. The next evening we did a walkthrough of the whole project. Tony provided us with an overview of the warranty, and showed us the work that had to be done to our roof for repairs, etc. It was clear that it is a company with growth as a goal - they do really want the job, and 5-star reviews. I wouldn't give one if I didn't think they earned it, but you will find the reviews are valuable to the project managers and they will let you know that as their target. They'll stand there while you write them - I guess they get a bonus with getting good reviews. That was the only piece that stuck out to me as needing a little more finesse, but other than that, and like I began, overall we are happy with our new roof from Home Genius Exteriors."
