He showed great attention to detail and gave us a very fair estimate. Junior and his co-worker, Ephraim, were meticulous and cleaned up after themselves at each step along the way. They were the cleanest painters we have ever had work on our house. They pressure cleaned the house, repainted the wood, the metal railing, outdoor shutters and the front door. They also cleaned and stained the deck, which required replacing several of the boards that had rotted away. They carefully sanded the areas around the windows and repainted them. Jeff gave price we agreed and were told someone would be out in week or two. next day guy came out and did the work. couldn't ask for better action. told roof would last 4 to 5 years and that was a pleasant surprise as every one around us having new roofs ."
