"He came out and installed quickly. Clean work, respected my property, went over everything well. The only issue we had was the buttons on the box were really hard to push after it spent a full day in the sun. After some over the phone troubleshooting we figured out we just had to push REALLY hard on the buttons. Installer said this was rare and he's only seen that happen once after 3 years of the box being placed. He agreed to come out and replace the box at the next visit after we get our Husky Shepard mix use to his training and "fenced" area. My only suggestion would be to make sure the location has shade most of the day or have them mount the box inside the home. Highly recommend. Friendly and knowledgeable, and our experience has been great. Definitely cheaper than installing a fence with the prices we have on lumber right now."

"I wanted to give a big shout out to American Heritage Fence Company. They are a local family owned business that was an absolute dream to work with. Our new aluminum (wrought iron looking) fence is beautiful, meets all city and county requirements for a pool fence, and was installed in a couple of days. They always were prompt returning messages and showed up exactly when they said they would! They worked with us when we had to push back installation repeatedly due to delays in the pool construction and even came back a third day to install the last gate to ensure we could get our driveway poured first. I contacted them in August about a taller fence, an estimator came out but I never received an estimate. The first time I called I was promised it would be sent out that night. Four other calls and was told I would receive it. Enough. I contacted another builder."

They even repaired the fence that had gotten out of whack from taking out the fence from the corner. They even replaced two little spokes that had gotten bent. "The installation team arrived promptly on the expected install date. Installers were professional and courteous. No issues with the install process. Initial training session provided sufficient guidance to allow me to work with my dogs on a leash in order to get them accustomed to the system.
