"Charles seemed nice when we agreed to work with him. He took our deposit, but never completed the work. He failed to show up when agreed three times over the course of about a month. We finally asked for our deposit back, but he only returned part of it. He was terrible at communicating and did not follow through. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"
