"I think the owner came back once. I had him look some interior estimates I wanted him to do but he never came back. I never heard anything else from him. I don't think I'd give them a thumbs up. For $700, I think they did a roof repair and gutter cleaning. That was about it for $700. I felt I should've been charged less. Being I had to pay first, what could I do? I paid $700 before they came because they wouldn't do it without paying first. It seemed like I should've got a little more work than the little bit they did do. I had they come repair a leak around my roof because the rest of the roof wasn't bad. They said that included cleaning out the gutters and doing flashing around the pipes and stuff like that. They showed up and they cleaned up."

He made sure that all materials that were chosen were delivered on site and lifted to the roof. He used 3 laborers and a carpenter for each day needed. The work took 3 1/2 days to complete. The area was cleaned each day. There have been many downpours since and the roof and bricks are water tight."
