Most companies did not return my calls. One did respond but never showed up to start work. The JA Drywall owner came to our initial appointment on time, evaluated the job and gave us a reasonable and fair estimate. The work crew then came on time and worked really hard for two days to repair the chimney. At each stage they kept us informed of progress. They did a wonderful job, kept the site clean and tidied up once job completed. On top of their excellent work, they are a team of friendly and courteous workers, who also took care of a few other things that needed attention. I would recommend this company to all who are looking for quality work by a friendly team at a reasonable price."

"Mel completely remodeled our farmhouse from top to bottom, including all of the plumbing, electrical, flooring, insulation, drywall, windows, doors, HVAC and exterior siding. Extensive repairs were needed to the framing and the floors had to be leveled. A portion of the roof had to be completely removed and replaced. We chose to add a bathroom as well. Mel was able to accommodate the changes we asked for during construction without any problems and the finished product exceeded our expectations. What started as a house that many people would have torn down is now like a brand new home again. They honored their original price estimate despite changes to the scope of work, which is extremely rare. I highly recommend Next Level Building and Remodel, you won't be disappointed."

"Great job overall. Had the entire house power washed and painted - aluminum siding and brick. The whole process took a few days but is necessary to do the job right. After power washing, they went over the whole house filling cracks with silicone, covered the windows, pulled back mulch and protected bushes from overspray. The applied two coats with a high quality paint and did a great job cleaning up. Highly recommend!"

"Because of the great reviews on Angie's list, I wanted Dennie's Resurfacing.  I paid more for the service because he came from 2 hours away.  It was worth the extra cost.  I am a shoeless house and when they came in they graciously removed their shoes and were so considerate of my home. They cleaned up after themselves and removed the old glass doors I no longer wanted. That was impressive to me! They were so kind, cordial, and respectful.  The tub looks brand new--that saved me thousands of dollars and all the mess of construction!  The only challenge was the smell (I'm a health nut) but they do "green" so I was just patient for the smell to leave (I do not have a window in that bathroom); however within 24 hours the smell was gone. They have a five year warranty...so I hope to not need them, but if I do I'll report on warranty service at that time.  I wholehearted recommend this company.
