He had an availability on the same day, luckily! He was friendly, and completed the repair quickly. When I told him that most companies sent out an automated reply, he chuckled and said, "I like talking to the people!" I appreciate this!! He completed the repair before any of the companies even reached out to give a quote!! If I could give him 20 stars I would. This dryer was out for months, and Alex got it back up in less than an hour."
