"He came out and figured up the materials needed and we negotiate a price. I left him a check because I was not going to be available later and didn't want him to wait on payment. He called later that day and said he underestimated the crack filler and it could cost me an additional 500 dollars ( keep in mind his bid was 600 dollars, so almost double). I told him to just finish sealing black top. I went to lowes Sunday ( that is 20 minutes away) and bought 2 gallons of crack filler and a couple plastic puddy knives for 24 dollars and finished the job myself. I'm 65 years old and have a knee replacement is why I hired him in the first place. My mistake was to leave him a check, I feel that's why he didn't fulfill his contract."

"Driveway was paved and sealed by this company with a year guarantee. I was in touch with them within 6 months of the finished job. Asphalt breaking and cracking. 6 months later they came out and looked at it. All they offered was to spray more sealer. My driveway was installed on 7/7/2020. So, in 2 years my driveway has the appearance of a heavily used interstate and is crumbling, cracking, and falling apart. A lot of money for a very bad job. I should have reviewed other companies. "JACO saved my backyard project from being delayed any further. I needed an egress window well replaced due to poor workmanship from my builder 30 years ago-it worked but the cinderblock they used was laid in a crooked and uneven manner. We contracted with Acculevel to do the window well, but on the agreed date of installation which was 2 months later, they no showed. After playing phone tag with them, they ghosted me for 48 hrs and then said they were unable to do the project unless I had the window replaced by them with a 2500 increase in cost. Needless to say, We decided to get a new installer. I called JACO that evening and they were wonderful. Roger came out the next day and replaced the window well 2 weeks later. It looks beautiful and I am no longer embarrassed to have someone see it."

I can't be happier. These guys are the Go to guys. You will be very satisfied with the superb job they do. There are shortcuts to sealing a drive but Maurice has over 11 years of experience and maintains a great reputation with contracts with the Louisville Airport, Arbys, and McDonalds. "We invested an inordinate amount of time pursuing a major project with them for a number of months as the scope of work increased. After we were almost done and on the same page, ready to sign contracts to move forward & break ground, they backed out, forcing us to start all over with a different contractor. Heard they got some other more profitable simple jobs. Although we were stunned at such unprofessional behavior, we were eventually very grateful that we feel dodged a bullet. At the end of the day, this company would have been a nightmare on such a big project. Yes, they have an extremely slick selling presentation with all kinds of high tech software and online project management promises. But they only have one local guy (who seems very nice) and the management of the company was all out of town. The local guy had no authority to make ANY decisions—had had to go to them for everything. Every single time we had to meet to review or revise the scope of work as we were putting the initial project together, we would have to wait an entire month until a manager could be in town. In hindsight, we had such a problem just getting things underway, we cannot imagine how bogged down it would have become down the road."
