Damin the sales representative came to my home and evaluated the condition of my roof on our main house and our guest. We had a whole in guest house roof from a tree branch. The main house was missing multiple shingles from wind damage. He returned within a couple days with the quote and helped with insurance claim paperwork. "I hired Conquest Roofing to correct serious mistakes left behind by another roofing company. Thomas came out, thoroughly inspected the issues, provided a clear quote, and then Chase got to work right away. The two make a fantastic team and communicate clearly throughout the process. The major problem I had involved improper flashing. Chase removed the continuous flashing and installed proper step flashing, which required additional siding work. The finished result looked dramatically sharper. The difference in craftsmanship compared to the previous work was honestly shocking. My 2nd, smaller problem, turned out to be far more serious.
