"Simply put, you will NOT find a better, more honest, more helpful, more easy-to-work-with, reasonably priced contractor than John Lee and his crew at J & K Home Improvement & Restoration! We had a "complicated" set of circumstances when our home was damaged by a storm, last winter. The insurance company sent out an estimator to assess the damage and, after the company recommended J & K Home Improvement & Restoration, I was introduced to John Lee. I eventually learned that John also does estimates for a variety of insurance companies (because his company is so well regarded), and he patiently listened as I described the nuances associated with our house. During our initial consultation, he was able to clearly describe all of the steps that would be necessary and answer all of our questions. Long story short, not only was John able to address EVERY single concern and request that we had regarding the eventual repairs to the house (including roof, siding, and a window upgrade that would have cost much more if we had done it at a later time), but he spent plenty of extra time making sure that everything we had talked about was addressed to our 100% satisfaction! He was also able to persuade the insurance company to cover more complete repairs than was originally specified by the first adjuster! In addition, when we had an electrical "hiccup" associated with all the pounding on the walls, John quickly sent an expert electrician to locate and correct the problem. He absolutely could have passed those charges on to us because the failure wasn't due to any mistake on the part of his crew but, instead, he picked up the unanticipated expense himself. It was truly a pleasure to work with John! He made a difficult situation as easy to manage as possible, and we would strongly recommend J & K Home Improvement & Restoration to anyone who wants to hire a quality contractor that stands behind their work and well-earned reputation!"

"I had the pleasure of working with Jacob for the installation of 2 ring flood lights at my home. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. He arrived on time, was professional, and communicated effectively throughout the process. The installation was completed with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that the ring devices were properly aligned and securely fastened. The end result was exactly what I wanted - bright, well-placed flood lights that added both functionality and aesthetic appeal to my property. I would highly recommend Jacob for any electrical needs. "We used NextWave Construction for our new front door and storm door. From start to finish, the process could not have been better. Dave arrived at our house and went over options, walking us through the entire process. After selecting what we wanted, Dave handled HOA approval, and maintained contact with us while waiting for the door. Install was perfect. The crew was extremely professional and did a fantastic job. Dave followed up again to ensure we were happy with the outcome. I highly recommend NextWave Construction. Outstanding customer service, high quality products, and perfect installation. Not much more you could ask for in a company."

"It was a smooth process from start to finish. They were knowledgeable in helping address gutter issues we had with our original setup and offered improvements that stopped the overflow issues we had been having. The team that replaced the roof was efficient and they were thorough in cleaning up when they were finished. I have recommended them to neighbors, and will likely use them again for future projects."

"Jeremy is the person to hire for your roofing needs. From start to finish I had phenomenal service. I could not be happier."

"The whole experience from start to finish was nothing short of amazing. The initial visit from the remodeling consultant was very informative and detailed. He seemed to really care about my house, Unlike most roofing contractors who just try to make a quick sale. The install was a one day install for my 3300 sf roof. They also did an amazing job with there clean up process. I didn’t find a single nail in my yard unlike the last roof I got installed 14 years ago. I would highly suggest using power for your next home remodeling project. I will def be using them again in the future."

"It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I was not overly pleased. I did not hear from them for a week or more after I purchased it so I called them. The guy was on a roof and was supposed to call me back. That didn't happen for 3 or 4 days. He said he would call me back because he had several more jobs lined up. It took a couple more phone calls. It took them a long time to get here. I have a very small house so what I was paying was really not that good of a deal for me. The price was the same no matter what the size was. As the winter has progressed, it appears that the work they did wasn't really that great. My soffits are basically coming apart and the down pipe of the gutter has come off already. I would have thought that reattaching a down spout on a gutter would have been part of them cleaning it."
