"Rogers roofing representative Rob B. came to give us an estimate for replacing our roof. He was the 3 third and final roofing sales person we spoke to. While others measured and walked around the roof a little and then gave us a general quote, Rob went into the attic and crawled from one side to the other taking pictures and then went up on the roof, and made a video which explained and documented the damage we had - much of it caused by poor ventilation in the attic. He took the time to explain and show us options for fixing this issue when a new roof was put on. I believe the other companies would have either ignored the ventilation issue, or surprised us with a large up charge after tearing off the shingles. We appreciated Rob’s thorough estimate and the time he took to explain everything. We also appreciate knowing the true cost.
