"Roof and skylight went great. Just like the other two roofs I had them do in the past. The Bay window looked like a third grader had done the job, in fact they originally left the flashing with several (six or more) nails bent over and the metal flashing dented by there hammers. Brian did come back to look at it and made an attempt at fixing....while it looked better afterwards,(he covered the flashing in the center part where nails were bent and flashing damaged by hammer stirkes) it still did not look right and Will County failed them on the job. Brain became vary angry and basically refused to do anything further. I have had to hire another company to repair the damaged flashing on the window and re shingle the bay window at an additional cost of $500.00. I have pictures to show the window before and after the job, should anyone be interested."

"It went great. They had to run electricity for new wall switches and venting through an upstairs closet and out the roof. They showed up on time and explained what they were going to do. They updated us with progress as they went along. I was concerned about new carpeting getting messed up going up and down stairs. However they laid drop clothes everywhere they walked and cleaned everything up before they left. You'd never know anyone was doing work in here. The fan and light work great. "Robert was a pleasure to work with and gave me a great deal compared to two other competitors. His team did a great job too, against adversity, and finished the job in just two days as promised. First, they discovered that my sheathing was rotting due to high moisture and poor ventilation in the attic of my 26yr old home. They successfully replaced 55 sheets of 1/2" plywood, without hesitation, after my approval, to keep the job on track. Better even yet, they resolved the sources of the moisture and lack of ventilation to ensure that it doesn't happen again. Second, at the start of the 2nd day, their ladder hoist broke down, which I expected to halt work (not getting heavy packages of shingles to the roof). But, instead of a delay, the team members just carried them up the ladder manually to get the job done on time. You don't see that kind of commitment very often in this new world order.
