"Our property was in desperate need of a complete landscape overhaul. We contacted J & P Brothers Landscaping through their website and received a fast reply the next morning. Juan came out to our property to get an idea of what he was working with, and to find out what we were looking to do. Throughout the planning stage, Juan provided us with concept drawings, plant recommendations and paver ideas. Our project was big, and it included new steps for our back door, as well as two 50’ garden walls on the front and side. The planning was a collaborative effort and did take some time because we wanted to ensure it included every single thing we were looking for. It was well worth it in the end. Each day the crew worked on our project, either Juan or his brother, Percy was onsite to manage the process. The crew worked very hard, and they were respectful of any request I made, such as keeping foot traffic within our tight property lines so as not to disturb our neighbors’ properties. Throughout the entire project, Juan and Percy checked in with me often to be sure they were on the right track and that things were as we expected them to be. They accommodated our every request, no matter how small. As the project progressed, we made several changes along the way. J & P went with the flow and made sure everything was just right. "Dan completed a massive reworking of our back yard. He had to remove a huge amount of soil and old railway ties and a very ugly old broken stone type patio. He then leveled the space, and laid down two separate blue stone patio areas as well as a wooden deck area. He put down new sod and laid out a beautiful pathway design through the grass connecting the blue stone areas. Dan was easy to communicate with and listened well, he also tactfully reigned us in when our ideas became too eccentric."

TC, one of the owners of Pavercare, came out and surveyed what needed to be done.  He was exceptionally friendly and professional and put me at ease that they could get the job done right!

Gaspar and his crew arrived on-time and set to work removing the old bricks.  To my amazement, they actually bound our bushes up so they wouldn't be damaged and thinned out dead growth... as I have said in a previous review, they go far and above the norm in their service.

While they were working on my new walkway, another group quickly and expertly fixed my front walkway (installed by another contractor, some bricks had sank badly after only a couple years).  

When they were done, the curb appeal of our home had went up... it looked fantastic!  Definitely, a job well done and I will used them again for all paver-related projects.

THE AFTER STORY.

After a few days of the sidewalk being in place, you could see that there was a difference in the coloring our Series 3000 pavers from what we had originally and what Pavercare installed.  I let TC know and he came out and confirmed.  It was clearly an issue with Unilock's coloring.  At no additional charge, TC actually got a guy from Unilock to come and look at it.  He did some kind of acid wash that removes the haze associated with when they bake the bricks.  Sure enough, color matched!

Once again, customer service far beyond anything we have ever experienced with landscaping-related contractors. You should not go anywhere else other than Pavercare!
