His communication was excellent from the start—professional, prompt, and friendly. I’ll admit I was a bit nervous about having a stranger in my home, but he instantly put me at ease both during our initial conversation & when I met him in person. When I asked if he worked on other types of projects, he said yes & suggested I make a list for us to review when he arrived. He showed up right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with my storm door, & had it fixed in no time. Then he efficiently worked through the rest of my list—from lighting & overhead garage doors to back garage doors, shed hinge repairs, & installing security cameras—handling each item with skill & care. "It was our third time using The Handy Veteran and it will not be the last. Kevin and his team are absolutely top notch! Our first job with Kevin was to replace and paint all of the wood and trim in our entire house, replace carpet with LVP flooring on a third of the floors in our 3000sqf home, refaced our fireplace, install a new front door, & paint the entire house. Second job was to repair and paint our large deck. This last job was to replace more floors, remodel our guest bathroom and hang multiple lights fixtures. Our first job was in 2020 and the initial work they did is still perfect. Kevin stands by his work.
