"Our first job August 2025 with Jay was to have front and rear no-freeze water faucets replaced. The tech did a superb job. All solder joints tidy and solid and all copper pipe at right angles and very symmetrical for alignment. We're very pleased with Jay for a quick appointment they made for us, the tech's arrival was very punctual and on time and he answered all of our questions about this install, the several or more emails and correspondence with the manager was excellent and with prompt replies to our questions. No surprises at all for a new company we have used for the first time, and feeling there's great customer care here along with a job done very well.
