"I’ve recently had a major renovation of my home completed by Beantown Home Improvement. The project consisted of replacing the old clapboard and shingle siding with James Hardie fiber cement cedar mill planks. The project turned out great! Everyone who has seen it have had nothing but good comments about it. I’ve even had my neighbor request contact information for Beantown to get an estimate about a project he is looking to have done. The owner, Jim DelPrete, was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating, from the initial meeting to the completion of the project. Initially, the project’s start date was estimated to be in August, but Jim was able to get a crew to start in June. Throughout the project, Jim would stop by to check on the progress and he would always respond promptly if a question arose. Janice was also extremely helpful throughout the whole project, whether it was to stop by to take measurements or to field a number of inquiries by phone. They were both very pleasant and accommodating. The work crew was excellent and put in long days to complete the project in a little over a weeks time. I would highly recommend choosing Beantown Home Improvement for your next project, I know I will choose them again."

"My pressure treated deck needed replacement. I got 3 bids which I was considering but was told by a friend to check out Remodel or Renew. Mike Christopher, the Owner, came and asked me what was the main thing I was concerned about. I told him that I was looking for quality workmanship with top of the line Trex composite wood that wouldnâ  t require a lot of maintenance. He sat down with his IPad and designed exactly what I wanted. The design he made was like an actual picture of the finished product and the price was great which included the removal and disposal of the former deck. This is the first time Iâ  ve EVER reviewed a business that has done work on our home. They deserve it! First, their builders worked long hours and I observed them as they made sure every step was done with precise measurements and the finished product showed just what I observed. Unbelievably sturdy, they didnâ  t cut corners to save time and it was absolutely beautiful. Also what I consider a huge factor is the Warranties on the work and material. A 25 year Warranty that covers scratching and fading of the Trex flooring and railings. UNBELIEVABLE! Lastly, they left the work area cleaner than before they started and Mike the Owner answered my calls or texts every time I had a question either immediately or responded within 15 minutes. All I can say about Remodel or Renew is if you give them a chance to bid on your project you will be happy and even happier if you hire them and see for yourself what I have just told you! "This company is amazing. The Sales Person, Michael, was very knowledgeable, professional and we never felt pressured. The install team was unbelievable. The showed up on time, introduced themselves and began working. They installed 22 windows in a 6 hr period of time. They were professional, incredibly polite and my house was actually cleaner when they left than is was before they got there. I would highly recommend this company. I will be looking to have my siding done in a year or so and I won’t even waste my time looking at other companies. Power will be our only choice."

"Ronaldo and his team did a great job with repairing our siding and soffit issues and replacing a piece of rake that had blown off in a storm. Our job was small but very important to us and they gladly come and took care of everything! Other companies tend to only want to do larger jobs but we really appreciate that Ronaldo and his team were here to fix our issues! They went above and beyond checking over other areas of the roof and siding to make sure everything was good. They also didn’t try to sell us unnecessary things like replacing all the siding. "My first project with NMTI0Generation Construction (Tru Blue Construction) is complete; I have signed the contract for another, larger project. When I solicited quotes for my roof replacement (including new gutter installation and the reconstruction of my back steps and landing) I met with Project Manager Juan Carcamo. While every company that bid on my job seemed competent to do the work, I sensed that Juan and his company would be easy to work with. He listened to my concerns and ideas and explained how his company would handle them. Although his was not the lowest bid, I knew this was the best company for this job. I was not wrong! The professionalism of all the employees who worked on this project was amazing. Not only was each individual obviously skilled, they worked together as a very efficient team. There were two change orders to the project. These did not come as a surprise as Juan made sure I was fully informed as the job progressed.One change order was an upgrade in materials for the steps and landing. By the time the old roof had been removed I had decided that I would stay with this companyfor my next job, new siding and windows for the entire house. The second change order was to have the carpenters already on the job installs the rakes prelijminary to the siding job. I've been excited about every aspect of this project so far, but the actual roof installation was amazing! The crew od seven plus a foreman arrived around 7:00 am; before 4:00 they were gone. The job incuded my house (a two-story colonial style structure), a connected one-story sun porch and breezeway, and a one-car garage. They protected everything with sheeting, and they cleaned as they worked. They swept the porch and raked the yard - everything was cleaner after they left than it was when they got there."

"We have lived in our home for ~ 2.5 years. As a result of inferior workmanship and materials used by the original contractor (someone other than United) , we contracted with United to redo our siding, our exterior trim, and our entry doors. Nik was our estimator and he was a pleasure to work with. We've dealt with estimators in the past and most of them prefer to quote a price without going into detail. Nik, without any prompting from us, went into detail to define what we would be getting for the quoted price. Weuler was our project manager; he was very courteous. He would communicate in advance what the crew would plan to work on for the day or week. He would also let us know if weather prevented the crew from working. Junior was our foreman and it is obvious that he has much experience, and his team has much experience. They would arrive promptly at 7AM each day and begin to set up equipment and position materials to be deployed. They were very well organized; it appeared to us that everyone knew exactly what their role was each day they came onsite. They were also super respectful and cleaned up thoroughly after each day of work. United installed Everlast composite siding and PVC trim on our 3,000+ square foot home. If you have a chance to visit United's building in Ashland, you will understand why they are so good at what they do...there is an indoor training facility where they teach how to properly install siding! We are loving our newly resided home, and would use United again in a heartbeat. You will find they are not going to be the cheapest quote, but I believe we got what we paid for and there were no ugly surprises. We've dealt with contractors in the past who quoted low and then tried to cut corners to make up for it during the project; United is the opposite of those guys. You will not be disappointed with their finished product or surprised in an unpleasant way!"
