"When John's team did our decks last year, he identified some problems with our concrete stairs and the seals around our home. We had him back this year to rip up our leaking and disintegrating stairs, lay new concrete, fix several limestone bricks around our fence, and to re-seal around the foundation of our house which had leaked. His customer service was --again-- phenomenal, walking us through every step of the process. His team was super communicative, asking questions and letting us know updates throughout the process. "I had a drywall disaster one Saturday night. I thought the drywall on the affected wall would need to be replaced. As a matter of fact I was told that much by a very knowledgeable person. So I went to angie’s list with the intention to find a drywall installer. MKD was one of the providers i selected. I did that at about 8 pm on that Saturday night. I then turned on my TV to watch a movie not expecting anything till at least Monday morning. In about 3 minutes I got contacted by MKD and after discussing my options, I was happy to learn that all was not lost and that they could do a miracle saving me from installing new drywall - a 2k endeavor. And guess what, they could do it Sunday morning! Wow. Mario showed up exactly on time. He was very patient and friendly throughout the whole proce . He worked for about 7 hours and did an AMAZING job. I also asked him to touch an area in the kitchen that had bothered me and my wife for months. He took care of that too. We were a very happy family that night indeed. Thank you, Mario!! I’m going to use MKD for all my painting and deywall needs!"

"The ceiling in my garage ( a standard 2-car attached garage) needed some serious TLC; a couple of drywall panels had worked themselves loose from the ceiling studs, the ceiling needed to be re-taped and re-sealed, and the whole garage needed to be repainted. The crew (4 people including the boss Delfino Franco) showed up about 7:30 on a Monday morning, and were done late Tuesday afternoon. They were quiet (no loud music blaring), and just went about their business. They spend Monday doing the repair work, including all the taping and mudding, and did their painting on Tuesday. I could not be happier with the quality of their work. If I have other drywall/painting projects in the future, I won't even think about asking anyone else for estimates. "Our drywall had water damage to the ice dams from the winter storms in February. We called for an estimate. Matt is very professional and punctual. He gave us a reasonable quote compared to other companies for a smaller job. Matt and his assistant did a great job and even went above and beyond replacing and repairing parts of the wall that weren't included in the estimate. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone needing drywall work. They cleaned up the area too."
