"Terrific experience, terrific work. Dorian is an absolute pro. He started work quickly after we accepted the quote, and was careful to protect our floors, ducts, and nearby furniture from any dust. Efficiently worked through two rooms (including skylights and closets) and a hallway, taping, mudding, and cornering. Built out the corners, and patiently explained his process around the corner bead when I expressed curiosity. Worked in the heat — and it was hot! — just to protect our A/C system. Was kind and considerate throughout, always punctual, and a pleasure to talk to. We’re thrilled with the work — the skylights especially were going to be a challenge, but he and his crew really took the time to do them right. Can recommend without any reservations, Dorian is a great guy doing great work."

"I contracted renovations & construction though Angie List. I wanted my hallway and entrance way ceilings taken down and replaced with drywall. I also wanted the walls done and trim and baseboards replaced. I met with ken on oct 15 where he told me how much it would cost which honestly he was cheaper than the others. He also was going to replace the hallway closet and redo all of the trim. I signed a contract with him, gave him a 1500 deposit. He said that was for materials. He started working on Thursday. I noticed that ken was intoxicated and slewing his words. I asked him what happened to him and where is the rest of your crew. Because at this time it was just him trying to do the work. He said that they were elsewhere. Mind you I would not have signed with him had I known that it would be just him. When he came back on Friday he apologized for his actions and said it would not happen again. After finishing the demolition on the ceiling he started on the skim coating the walls. I asked him about the materials that he was supposed to get with the 1500 dollars he brought in old stained crumble up drywall into my house. I told him no you can t use that drywall on my ceilings .he came to work on Saturday and asked for 1000 dollars for the work that he has done so far . I gave it to him thinking that he would come back but he didn t. He didn t show up on Tuesday 10-21 or Wednesday 10-22. The total job cost 4500 so far he has gotten from me 2500 and the work is no where near completed . I have texted him several times and made numerous phone calls."

"The ceiling in my garage ( a standard 2-car attached garage) needed some serious TLC; a couple of drywall panels had worked themselves loose from the ceiling studs, the ceiling needed to be re-taped and re-sealed, and the whole garage needed to be repainted. The crew (4 people including the boss Delfino Franco) showed up about 7:30 on a Monday morning, and were done late Tuesday afternoon. They were quiet (no loud music blaring), and just went about their business. They spend Monday doing the repair work, including all the taping and mudding, and did their painting on Tuesday. I could not be happier with the quality of their work. If I have other drywall/painting projects in the future, I won't even think about asking anyone else for estimates.
