We do re-roofing work and repairs on structures ranging from individual buildings, to large commercial projects. "I first contracted Robert for a deck repair and water line repair. I thought he did a good job. He s not as attentive to details. For what I paid I was expecting more. But overall satisfied that I asked if he could replace a faucet in my kitchen. He said yes. I sent him a picture of the faucet I wanted, and he told me that would not work. He sent me a pic of other models to which I found one that I felt was good. But not exactly what I wanted. But I was fine with it. As I was watching him remove the old faucet I knew I was in trouble... I saw Robert use an electric metal saw and saw thru the faucet... which meant there was metal bits flying all over the sink... scratched my counter top and bits fell thru the drain and clogged my garbage disposal. But he did get it out. The water pressure coming out is slow and is not the same. I don t feel this job is his strong suit. I will say that he always responded and is punctual. He did give me a refund. I would add make sure you get it in writing."

"We used them to take down wood for a rooftop deck and reassemble after our roof received maintenance. The teardown was relatively fast and without issues. The deck was reassembled improperly and had many gaps in the planks that were not there prior to the tear down. Also the wood took a lot of damage. We asked if they could rearrange some of the planks to make it look more like the original and we were told it was the planks that had weathered and it would not be possible but that they'd be willing to charge us more to try. The planks had not weathered as they were already outside in the weather for 5 years prior to this. Would not recommend this company to do any deck carpentry work."

In 1986 John Gallagher had one goal – to provide top quality exterior remodeling products and workmanship at a reasonable price along with incredible service before and after the job. Exterior Designers Inc started with and maintains that philosophy and mission.

"I requested quotes and met with a number of companies. By far, I enjoyed meeting with John. He was informative and thorough at our meeting. Given the information provided, and our own research, I also felt as though our values matched up nicely. So much so, that we planned on using EDI services, given the quote was reasonable. However, we were never given our quote. We were strung along by a series of emails, and then received no more responses. I have tried many times to reach out for the quote, and after that, to inquire as to what happened. Again, no response at all. Now, after waiting so long, we have to start the entire process over again, and as it is October, we essentially have no hope of getting a new roof this season. I really hope our current last through the winter. This is entire unprofessional behavior, and I grow so weary of companies that make promises and do not fulfil them. We should at the very least be treated with enough respect to be given an explanation as to why they cannot or will not perform the work."
