"I would never recommend this business to anyone. I picked out my granite during the last week in June. The owner knew that time was short for us and that we needed things done quickly. They sent me an estimate where they were charging tax on both the stone and the labor. Another company told me that labor was never taxed. I asked for an adjustment, and the price was reduced a little. I called and told them that I wanted them to do the work, and I was told they needed a check or credit card for 1/2 the amount. The cost would be higher if I used my credit card, so I mailed a check. Several days later, when I called to check on things, I was told they had not received the check. I drove 45 miles to take them another check and requested they let me know when the initial mailed check was received (I have heard nothing about the initial check). They said they would get someone out to the house to do the measurement template the day after the 4th (a Friday)....nothing. I started calling the company on Monday morning and continued on Tuesday. No one answered, and no one returned my call. When I finally got someone on Wednesday, I was told they would send someone out to measure the next day. When the guy arrived to measure, he told me that he would not put granite on the island with a bar overhang unless I had supports added to the island cabinet. I added the supports and sent pictures to the owner on Monday. We heard nothing, so we started calling. It was late Tuesday before anyone answered the phone. The owner had not shown him the pictures. The next morning, I got a phone call, and the installer said he still would not put the granite on the island because he wanted supports from the floor (which he did not tell me initially). I have spent almost 4 weeks waiting on this company. They are unresponsive, unreasonable, and awful to work with!!!!!!!"

"Recently our retainer wall had started failing. We found a company to install a new retaining wall on the Angi site after reading the great reviews for RC Pro Solutions. Patrick Bonaparte was our contactor, and it was a great experience from beginning to end. He walked us through every aspect of the project, provided great suggestions, listened to what we needed and was respectful of the budget, especially when we were at the stone yard to select our materials. His company not only did a spectacular job, but they exceeded our expectations!! We also had an extremely tall tree in our back yard located very near our roofline and deck. Patrick pointed out that it was rotted at the top and precariously close to our roofline and deck if it fell at some point on its own. While they had the equipment on site, we negotiated to have it taken down. In the process, a portion of that same tree hit another branch as it came down, and that branch tore a huge hole in our deck. It happened right when Patrick arrived on site to get a status on the project. He discussed what happened with us and offered a solution that was more than fair and reasonable. Before his crew left our property, they repaired our deck and re-painted that section where you can never even tell any damage occurred. The entire crew was pleasant and easy to work with and I would recommend them 1,000% to anyone needing similar work done on their property. They do both residential and commercial work. Based on our results, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Patrick and RC Pro Solutions to others. It's been a long time since I worked with a company who stands behind what they offer, and who is so excellent at what they do - and we LOVE the results!!!! We've had quite a few neighbors pass by and compliment their design. Patrick Bonaparte and RC Pro Solutions are rock stars in my book!!!"

"The project went exceedingly well. Aimee and Jesse, as well as Jody, Jeremy, Gabe, and Pops, did a terrific job. They were timely, professional, very competent and a joy to work with. Their attention to detail is marvelous and the quality of their work excellent. The kitchen remodel included the demolition of an existing small pantry, instillation of a new vented range hood, new countertops with sink and faucet, painting of the existing and new cabinets, addition of 2 new cabinets(one upper and one lower), enlargement of the laundry room and hardwood floor repair. Everything went according to plan. As with all projects, there are always small issues but they were quickly and effectively dealt with. If I had to name one area of concern, it would be the work of the cabinet sub that was used. The painting they did was terrific. No complaints there. It was in the execution of the new lower cabinet that issues arose. After taking measurements on 3 occasions, the lower cabinet still arrived incorrect. It had to be torn apart and reconfigured by the install who did a wonderful job. Attention to small details did not appear to be a strong suite for the sub. I would not hesitate to hire Statue Renovations and Remodeling again. Great work for a terrific price. Just ask about the cabinet sub if there is new custom work to be done."
