As we were replacing a clay tile roof with asphalt shingles, Eugene & team did a great job covering up some of the tan lines the old tile roof left on our paint. The reason for the quality ding: There was an issue with air flow to the roof we discovered years later and Eugene has been very responsive to help get the roof air flow dialed in appropriately. Once the air flow update is finished I will be sure to increase the quality score up by a star or two. He's a great friendly and timely roofer who I'd recommend for anybody in the area."

I have recently cancelled my DIRECTV service and called them to get an estimate on repairing/replacing the shingles where the satellite dish was mounted. Since they lifetime warranty the install work, after the install was complete they had their own inspector review the work to ensure it was done right with no issues found. "Working with Sam and his team was a delight. I had gone through seven or eight other roofing companies. They wouldn't answer the phone or return messages, they would miss appointments for quotes with no warning. A couple didn't even bother climbing up on the roof to evaluate the problem. Working with Sam and his team was a dream by comparison. His communication was rapid and thorough. People showed up when they said they would. He was very responsive to questions via phone or email. The original estimate missed a few things, but before we signed the contract, Sam did another thorough walkthrough and provided the pros and cons of each possible solution. We had to wait a while for the weather to cooperate, but Sam continued to communicate on potential schedule. When the team was able to arrive, they were like machines. They stripped the shingles, most of the plywood, replaced the rafter tails, added new plywood, added /replaced vents, and re-shingled the roof in a day and a half. The quality of the work is superb, and looks fantastic to boot. I couldn't have been happier with the work. They even did a great job of cleaning up and carting away the debris, going so far as to taking a magnet to the lawn to clean up any dropped nails. "Curtis, the second generation of this company was very professional and thorough in our estimating searches. The main reason we went with them one it’s family owned too. It’s local and three gave us the best price out of the five quotes that we got. The whole project from start to finish was done very well by the company and his workers. Every day when they were done with work, they made sure to run a magnet through the driveway so we wouldn’t get a flat tire on our cars. The team worked very hard and was able to wrap up our whole roof project within a week even during crummy weather. "We needed a new roof including new sheeting. Our roof was a 23 year old composite roof with 3/8" sheeting. We received 3 bids from different roofing companies. All of the bids came in within a few hundred dollars of each other. We decided to go with A Better Roofing Company because of reviews, their history in the area dating back to 1991, and the professionalism of Daniel who wrote up the estimate. We received the estimate in October 2018 and the job was completed in December 2018. Scheduling was a difficult because of the rainy days. The crew started on a friday and finished on sunday. The crew worked right thru until the job was done. When i had my extimate done i had choosen white flashing around the roof to match the facia board. The crew mistakenly installed dark flashing that matched the black roof we choose. When I did the walk through after the job was completed with Michael right before Christmas i pointed that out. He immediately said they would come out and replace it with the correct flashing. Since Christmas was a few days away I related to Michael that they could come out anytime after Christmas, no hurry. The next day when i got home from work it was all replaced. That was being responsive! The roof is beautiful and solid. I would recommend A Better Roofing Company to everyone."

"I had a 2nd layer put on about 12 years ago. It was suppose to be good for 30 years (I guessed 20) but the workmanship was lacking and it had been leaking in the valleys for a number of years. IDEAL was the last one to bid but in short time talking, I decided on them. After stripping 2 layers, they had to replace a number of plywood sheets as the old ones were disintegrating. Ideal did a Superb Job working around rainy days. They installed all new flashing, new vents and metal around all roof edges. Even the skylight needed to be replaced. Glad to have a dry garage and no leaks in the house. THANKS IDEAL ROOFING!!"

"I had Three Tree replace my roof 3 years ago and they did a great job. But what really blew me away is that during a kitchen remodel this year we discovered some water damage in a section of roof. Three Tree came responded right away, inspected the damage and then fixed the entire thing and charged me NOTHING. They stand by their work and made it right. Matt and the entire team were fast and professional. A lot of companies say they stand behind their work but Three Tree puts their money where their mouth is. I'd highly recommend them."

"I was very pleased with the new roof Metropolitan Roofing provided on my 22 year old home. I needed a new roof and preferred an all-steel roof, but the pricing came in a bit high for me. I looked at 4 other companies and Metropolitan was not the most expensive. Working with Rich H, he came up with an upper floor composite shingles and lower floor above garage and porch as metal. It came out great! Also, he suggested a new solar powered skylite, seeing as the current one is over 22 years old and could give problems in the near future. I am quite pleased with this option because the old skylite was fixed and the new one is switch controlled to open with an automatic closure if rain falls on the glass. No wiring required, it is all wireless with the motor battery controlled and charged by solar. The roofers were very good at their work and cleaned up every day making sure there were no nails in the driveway by using a magnetic pick-up. They worked hard the entire time on site and very pleasant to talk with. And finally, Metro Roof contracted All Star Gutters & Son to replace all 5" gutters with 6" screened. Mike the gutter guy did a fast, professional, quality job and thoroughly picked and cleaned up upon completion every day. May not be the cheapest, but you get professional, good quality materials, and thoroughness of job with Metropolitan Roofing."

In deciding how to handle the job, the company offered suggestions that were innovative and very constructive. The actual work was 4.0, from start to finish. They are meticulous, efficient and very personable/social folks. I'd have them back tomorrow if I needed another low-slope roof install!!!"
