"Outstanding with a result far more than expected. David cleaned, re-grouted, and sealed the tile in a shower that had been neglected for years. He also cleaned and resealed the shower pan as well as thoroughly cleaning the shower door. The result was a like-new shower. David is professional, dedicated, and very detail oriented. He's also an excellent communicator. I was thrilled with the results. I intend to hire him to restore the rest of the tile and stone in my house. Highly recommended."

What that means is that you get the unbelievable pricing like a chain store, but receive the attention to detail and customer service that the larger stores sometimes struggle with. Our appointment only showroom offers a large selection of every type of floor-covering and counters. Pacwest also has the expert installation crews that they have been working with for over 20 years and the owner of the company has been in the industry for 35 years! I appreciated his help with narrowing the flooring choices to what product would be best for what I needed, ie, stand up to heavy traffic in the entryway as well as being waterproof for the baths and kitchen. He also promptly provided all the documentation required by my HOA for approval of what I wanted done. I kept changing my mind about which direction to lay the flooring, so when it was delivered, Eric helped lay out a box of the flooring so I could get a better idea of how it would look overall, very nice. Dan, the installer was also professional and did a great job. I particularly liked the job done cutting the bottom of the door frames to slip the flooring underneath. Looks like it was just meant to be that way. Since the name of his showroom is Floors and More, I asked if he did counter tops too. He worked with Andrew Shubin at Pro Granite to order the quartz for the kitchen and find remnants for the baths which helped keep the cost down. Very pleased all the way around. I plan to have him install carpet in the near future and possibly replace the tile around the fireplace."

"Previous homeowners had DIY installed pebble shower floor. Pebbles started coming loose and there were cracks in the grout. Hadrian helped us assess the best replacement for the pebble floor. We settled on tile since it is a custom size shower and couldn't find a shower pan that would fit. He also replaced the liner and fixed concrete below to ensure we didn't have any other issues. All this while preserving as much of the tavertine shower wall as possible. He did a great job matching our current colors, tavertine tiles that need to be replaced, and grouting."

"Vanderlip Construction brought our ideas and vision to a reality on a master and guest bathroom remodel in our 1961 rambler. Eric is both an organized contractor and an experienced craftsman. He is a thoughtful and very responsive communicator who we could always count on to perform the tasks he scheduled throughout our project. He brought in very skilled team of subcontractors who he made sure didn’t disrupt our home life and office work activities. Eric was generous with sharing his expertise and insights that helped us make decisions on key details. We had about an 80 percent design and selected all the tile, fixtures, and custom cabinets but Eric’s attention to detail brought it all together, especially on our counters and master bath shower. Always patient and friendly, he wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the progression and the outcomes. He’s also committed to backing up his work. I suffered a serious leg injury after the remodel and Eric kindly went the extra step to come to our house and install a new light fixture in our bedroom. He scored an A+ on both bathrooms and we made a new friend."
