"Very professional. Nic was adamant about the quality of his work and wanted to make sure each step of the cleaning process was appropriate and good. Did want to mention the cleaning ingredients got on my wood floor. It was wiped up but did some minor damage to the surface that my husband recovered. Would suggest a Drop cloth around the furniture if working around hard wood floors. Otherwise very satisfied with the cleaning."

He is knowledgeable, informative and I felt he so comfortable over the phone I knew he was the one to hire even though I had not had an estimate from him.
