"The service and cleaning was great. The cleaners were thorough, friendly and well-versed. <br /> However, there is a big disconnect between what I was told on the 800 number and the actual services. The 800 number said they would vacuum. They didn't. The 800 number said they would spot treat. They didn't. And they ended up charging me extra for the staircase and for the walk-in closet. The 800 number said they would lift *all* furniture and put it on foam blocks to make sure it wasn't damaged. They didn't - they just worked around the dining room table and hutch, which could have been bad, given that the pieces are solid oak. I ended up moving a whole lot of stuff that didn't need to be moved because they didn't lift all the pieces. <br /> The end results were good, but I had done the vacuuming myself. And thankfully I had pre-treated the worst of the spots myself a few weeks before, and they all came up. <br /> I would recommend that after talking to the 800 number you talk to the local people and get the real scoop about what they will and won't do. It will save a lot of effort. <br />"
