"Phillip came by promptly for an estimate. We were able match our short schedule and his crew availability and he gave me a discount and requested I write a review. We don’t always take time to write reviews when work is good, so I did not mind as work and work turned out to be good indeed. Tiles and granite look great after cleaning and sealing. Soiled and black grout lines in high traffic areas were restored to their gray color. Phillip also advised about cleaning regime to keep the seal for longer. Not many cleaners care as they want to come back for the job. Service is not the cheapest and not the priciest if you compare with big-box services. Work was great overall and professionally done. He promised me better work on carpet deep cleaning then what I got done by my long time carpet cleaner and I plan to give him a chance next time."

"The estimator (Amy) arrived on time. I showed her the work that I thought needed to be done. She pointed out that some areas could just be cleaned. I got a written quote on the spot and made an appointment for the following week. The workman (Dennis) arrived on time and we went over the proposal and estimate - no changes were needed. He cleaned the wall-surround, re-grouted the shelf area, and re-caulked all around the tub. I was ver satisfied with the results. The entire enclosure looks new."

"It went as well as I would have expected, which is perfectly (I always expect perfection). We have about 840 sq feet of stone floor with extremely dirty grout lines. AGS came in and cleaned the floor and that got the grout back to about half good and then they stained the grout lines and that brought back the original color and the floor is gorgeous. We are really pleased. It was pretty expensive, but the guy spent four days doing it and the result is oh so worth it. We have our new floor back!"

"Went very well. Colleen came to provide a free estimate for the work I wanted done. Decided to go ahead and schedule the work after hearing complete description of what would be done. Arrived and commenced to do all cleaning. Uses steam cleaner and bleach before regrouting. Time to do the work was longer than predicted, though the result was fabulous. Cleaned all tile surfaces, regrouted where needed and advised me of potential problem areas. I was very pleased with the final results and would definately hire "Tile Lady" again!"
