"Check your invoices carefully. They overcharge. I had several types of work done by Pac West Floors. When I reviewed the invoices, I found several discrepancies. I was charged for Sales Tax on the Quotes and again on the invoices (double charged). I was billed for work that was not done, etc. All together overcharged $1400.00. Tried to work with them, first person - yes, we owe you refund. No refund. Sent info to owner - no answer. I have invoices to verify claims.,"

They showed a lot of professionalism and creativity when it came to my remodel. I am a person that always tries to find the best deal out there, and these 2 gentlemen’s helped me find it with a monthly payment that I was able to afford. I was expecting this job to take 3-4 months and they finished it in a month and half! I’m so happy and pleased with the workmanship and dedication. The work Justin Gibbons and his company Carpenters Unlimited LLC provided was subpar, completed late, required many follow ups from us to get fixed, and resulted in damages. We are pursing a Small Claims case against Justin Gibbons. See photos for evidence."
