Since rain was predicted, they came over the same day and put a temporary patch on the leaking area to hold us over until we could have the roof repaired. This was done without any commitment from us that we would use their company for the actual reroofing. Needless to say, we were impressed and decided to go with them. Thankfully they were able to work us into their schedule and the work was completed within a few days. "Approximately one year ago, we hired a screening company to replace our ancient lanai cage and also to add a roof to the porch. The roof leaked after the first rain. The screening company returned four times to fix our leaking roof but they were never successful. They never answered our fifth call nor did they ever return our calls after that. Jim Ayers, owner of Stuart Roof Repairs, was recommended to us by our neighbors. We found Jim to be honest, ethical and his attention to detail is exquisite. Jim spent a fair amount of time trying to determine the source of our leak. Once he figured what our problem was-he spent an incredible amount of time explaining in detail the solution to our leak.
