"My thermostat died. The technician installed a new thermostat which turned out to be defective. After back & forth, he was finally willing to replace it. Then he told me that my freon was low and said he filled it up. He got very upset with me when I wanted to pay for the thermostat and freon separately. He said that the freon would be $200. When I said I'd pay for it with a check separately, he became very upset, stating that $200 would do nothing for him.??? Huh? I thought I was paying the company, not him individually. What??? Then he later told me to forget about sending the check. What??? Now we are at the 4th home call to replace the 3rd thermostat. And it's Not the thermostat I requested from the beginning of this debacle, but some cheap variation of Honeywell. Still paying the original cost of the thermostat, I now have #3 thermostat and waiting to see what happens. Oh, I have asked the manager to call me several times, and he never has. I will never have anything to do with this company again. Premier Comfort A/C is more like Worst A/C ever!"
