"Got a groupon for $69 for whole house unlimited air duct cleaning. Was told when I made the appointment that the groupon that additional main would cost between $100-189 addition per main as some homes have more than 1 main. I made a appointment for 8/21 but they called a few days prior to cancel and had the appointment rescheduled to today, 10/2. The guys arrived on time in the provided window. I was told my home had 3 mains and the groupon only covered 1. Each additional main was $189 (suprisingly it went to the higher amount I was told) for additional $378 ontop of my $69 groupon. I told them to just do the work for the groupon for the one main but they advised they could not cause when they "hook up" their system it would clean everything. They offered a "deal" for $329 and promised to refund my $69 groupon. I regret it but I took the $329 "deal." I honestly don't know if they cleaned anything because it entailed the guys blowing compressed air into my air vents and hooking up a vacuum hose into my basement return air supply vent. I was told the vacuum hose was used to create negative pressure to collect the dust/debri. It was a very quiet vacuum, didnt seem like it was ever on. I even went outside to their van where it was but didn't hear anything besides the air compressor. The vacuum hose was filled with some many holes I highly doubt there was a "negative pressure." I saw guy was trying patching up the vacuum hose with tape. My expecatations from previous duct cleanings was that someone would use air and agiator to break/loosen up dirt/dust but it was never used. The guys had a agiator on them never once saw them use it or heard it as it would bang against the duct work if they were. Additionally in the past duct cleanings, to create negative pressure they would seal air and return vents but none were done. I have a 4000 sq. feet home and it was done in less than an hour and they were just hanging outside of my home. Doesn't seem like any cleaning was done and there is no difference in the duct work."

"KP Wildlife Control rid us of a squirrel very quickly. Communication with the office and the tech was outstanding. The tech inspected and wrote a detailed estimate for the removal. It was clear what KPWR was going to do and what it would cost. The cost was reasonable and the work was done for that price—no extras or add-ons. KPWR showed itself to be a business of competence and integrity. I recommend them highly for any animal removal need!"

"job was done in a timely manner, however was not done in a professional workman like manner, Which the contract states it would be done. When the estimator came he explained what would be done to eliminate water issue. When we asked how does water get removed outside and how they would undermine stairs and walls he simple stated the installers will go over that with you when they come. The installers said they would be channeling under the step and walls, which are only 2 1/2 inch walls. The last step was also a simple channel as well. More time consuming perhaps, when you charge $3000.00 more than another contractor, homeowners are believing they are getting a professional job! They cut her stair runner instead of peeling it back so it could be glued back down. she needs replace whole runner now and company could care less including there estimator! sheetrock replacement also more expensive because took a hammer to the walls instead of saw zall, nice straight lines! also have photos."

"The work was incredibly slow with very little explanation of timeline. Originally, we were told it would be a three day job and we explained we were on a timeline. The crew worked varied hours (as little as one hour one day) with little communication about what was done. The whole project took over a week to complete. The owner came to the house and measured everything to get a quote. We were told the crew would start the job on December 3rd (originally 11/25th). They arrived unprepared, without materials, and to measure again. They were aware that the job was moving forward so they could have measured before 12/3, but made no effort to prepare for the work. The owner said they had to proof the chimney (however, we were told that the actual work would have begun on 12/3 since the measurements were already taken and documented on the original quote). More than weather appeared to have impacted the job’s completion. A lack of planning around the weather appeared to have impacted the job. A metal flashing was installed as a barrier in my young daughter’s room. It was not cut to size, had sharp edges that could have cut her, and was done with exceptionally poor craftsmanship expected of an apprentice, at best. We requested it removed and done properly. The flashing was removed and, in the process of removing it, damaged the chimney. They did not repair the damage they caused leaving holes in the chimney where they screwed in multiple masonry screws. More about this later. At one point we did speak to the craftsman about the flashing and the speech was incoherent, circular, and jumbled making it difficult to understand what was said. At one point in the job, our router and blink cameras (inside and outside the house) were unplugged and disabled while they were working in our house without us present. I had to call the office to have them call the crew to plug them back in as we use them to see that our kid gets off the bus and safely home. After that conversation due to concerns about the crew, the timeframe, and work , multiple attempts were made to contact the owner. Office staff fielded the calls and told us to write down our concerns and share them with the owner. Finally, on the last day of the job, the owner arrived unannounced at our house while my wife was home. He did not call nor return any phone calls. When we did speak to him, he was rude, condescending, and told us he didn’t return our phone calls because he was away. He is the principal operator and owner and, according to his office staff, inaccessible as the primary and only decision maker. Never once during our phone calls were we informed the owner was inaccessible because he was away and not taking phone calls related to HIS BUSINESS. When he did arrive in the final day he dismissed our concerns, interrupted us multiple times (at one point telling us to hurry up because he knew what I was going to say - even before I said it) and refused to fix the damage done when taking off the flashing because “it was in the contract”. When I criticized his dismissiveness of our concerns and lack of accessibility as owner of the company, he engaged in ad hominem attacks against me by calling me a bully (using a definition of bullying he created) while referencing his grandson’s school project on bullying. The only thing that was done in a timely fashion was cashing the check I wrote them for services. Even the invoice documenting payment took two days. I would encourage people looking for quality customer service, good communication, reliable work, valid timelines, and an invested owner that is accessible to cast a wide net before settling on Swift. All that being said, they do a good job sweeping/cleaning chimneys so there’s that."

"Our experience has been horrible. They came to our house twice: the first time, they misquoted the job and abandoned the site without any explanation. The second time, they did the job but damaged the railing of the stairs to our porch and left a lot of nails and other materials dispersed through the site. I called them numerous times for them to repair the damage. No response in two weeks. Absolutely do not deal with this company!"
