"Within the past few years, many neighbors in my development (25-year old homes) had complete tear-out the old and bring in the new kitchen renovations, including a close friend whose kitchen layout is the same as mine. I learned a lot about what's involved with a complete tear-out kitchen remodel: the monetary investment and the headaches of losing the functional use of the kitchen for weeks. I also inquired about the cost of several neighbor's renovations, not including appliances, whom have the similar amount of cabinets/square footage to mine. Their high costs included minimal pullouts. They all kept the same footprint prior to the remodeling, so I couldn't understand why they didn't look into refacing. The layout of my kitchen and the interior structure of my cabinets were fine. I initially had contact with CPOS through Tony, a co-owner, who professionally answered a lot of my questions about cabinet refacing in a trade show setting. I became motivated to learn more. Tom, the other owner and business founder, came to my home. My husband and I were very impressed with him. He spent a generous amount of time answering all our questions and concerns. We were amazed at all that CPOS could do to enhance and improve our kitchen, which included many pullouts, for almost half the price of my friend's and many of my neighbor's kitchen renovations. I feel my new kitchen is every bit, if not more, beautiful. All the materials used are the highest quality. The cabinet panels are wood, I also selected dove tail drawers. The CPOS team was wonderful to work with. They gave me my DREAM kitchen!"

"High praise for Brad and his team! What started out as a nightmare for me was saved by the day(s) by Brad and Tri-State Assembly. I ordered a ProForm treadmill that was delivered in January 2021. I could not get an appointment with their technician until April lst. I contacted Tr-iState and they were here within a few days. Unfortunately, the console was damaged and the assembly could not be completed. Brad followed up to see if the parts were delivered. They did not arrive until July. I contacted Brad, who told me he was on VACATION and would get back to me ASAP when he returned. He did just that. My assembly was completed on 7/10. Finally! The difference between Chip and many other General Contractors is that he allows you to work with his team, if you're handy, to save some dollars while other contractors want full control over the project. Chip was my second contact and the first contractor I talked to wanted full control and I caught him lying to me on numerous occasions. I couldn't work with such a person. I listened to my gut feeling and went with Chip and I was glad I did. Chip and his crew did everything my wife and I asked for at the start of the remodel and any other changes we included during the remodel such as overhead lighting . Chip did the electrical work. Brian did all the cabinets, trim and moulding. Norm did the drywall, duct work and plumbing. Everything went as planned and they showed up when they said they would and cleaned up at the end of the day. Chip said the job would be done in 2 weeks and it was. Any issues that arose were quickly diagnosed and fixed or offered alternative choices. Chip sends you a weekly project tracking sheet so you know what materials are being bought, worker hours and pricing. The last thing we need done is the back splash and once we figure out the design and type of tile we want, we plan on asking Chip to come back and put it in. Chip truly enjoys what he does and isn't looking to take advantage of his clients. It was a very enjoyable experience working with Chip, Brian and Norm. I would definitely recommend them to anyone."
