"Since we moved from the city to the country, Aaron has become our go-to person to help us bring our retirement home to the comfort and aesthetics we desire. Aaron balances professionalism and hard work to completion with humor and a very diplomatic demeanor. To date he has completed 3 major jobs for us. First, he replaced old paneling, floor and window molding and ceiling plywood in our sun room/study and painted it white. Our sun room is now our major room of the house where we love to spend time on the computer and projects. Second, he remodeled a sorely needed bathroom space. He listened to me and my husband tell him what we wanted and he delivered. We love our bathroom now!!! He demolitioned the wall and floor linoleum, and refinished it to a beautiful shiplap and plank floor tile. He painted the walls white and rerouted our dryer exhaust. In addition, he contracted with others to handle to the electrics and plumbing and installed new fixtures, electrical, plumbing and bath. He installed a new vanity and contracted another to install the granite counter top. We are delighted with the results and enjoy using our bathroom now. Aaron's last job was to repair and paint the exterior of our cedar and brick home. This required power washing the old to prep for the new. He replaced many cedar boards that needed replacing, replaced the porch posts, some lattice, painted the ceiling of the outdoor porch and re-roofed the gazebo addition. His finished work continues to update our home to our tastes. During each project, his team members always cleaned and cleared away debris at the end of the day. We never lived in a mess. "M & M Roofing, siding & windows replaced the builders’ grade pressed paper with James Hardie siding. It was painted and sealed. They added 6” gutters with leaf blaster plus screens. The crew that did the Hardie siding did a beautiful job. They were meticulous in their installation and cleanup. The painters that came in behind the siding crew did a wonderful job. There were no overruns and they matched our colors exactly. The gutter crew came in after the roof was replaced and were finished in a few hours. Gutters look great and were put in professionally. All crews did a great job cleaning up. Mike recommended two other craftsmen to replace the chimney cap and tile on the front porch. Both jobs were done very professionally and were reasonably priced. "I consulted with Rob to remove some trees and to discuss placing a root barrier at the front of my home.  I have had some cracking inside the house and had been advised to install a root barrier for some oak trees in the front yard.  Rob gave me an estimate for the oak trees but on examining the house and yard said that the trees were quite small to be causing that damage, as well as that the damage was not located where it would be expected if due to the trees.  He placed a call to consult with a local foundation expert including video of the trees and the cracked expansion joint on the side of my house.  At the same time while he was examining the property he recognized that right next to where the foundation damage is occurring, there is a part of the yard that is chronically waterlogged.  Once he pointed it out it was clear that this is the source of the foundation damage, particularly since we've had severe droughts in the last several years but this part of the lawn is usually very wet.  Rob also spoke with the adjacent neighbor on that side about drainage issues in his lawn, as some of the water is coming from the neighbor's irrigation.  The drainage system he installed cost 600$, whereas the root barrier would have been $3,000 and wouldn't have fixed the problem.  So I really feel that Rob's honesty, experience, and thorough evaluation of our problem saved us a ton of money, corrected an issue with the lawn we've had since moving in, and rescued our foundation. 
   The tree removal was great.  All of the work was done in about seven hours, and there was no clutter or mess left.  I will definitely be a repeat customer for landscaping needs in the future."
