"The team that put on my new roof was wonderful. They knew how to work together to be efficient and through. Day and a half for my new roof to be put on. They covered shrubs, windows, picked up after each day's work, they came inside to make sure the skylights were set properly, dumpster was here a limited time thanks their efficiency and so was removed from the street which my neighbors appreciated. They kept me informed as to what was going on: when they would leave and return next day. A final inspection was done after all work completed and it is perfect. "Short version: Sam is awesome to say the VERY least. He knows what he is doing, does not try to rip you off with service, and minimums, and stands behind his work. I will definitely be using him going forward if I ever need my roof repaired. Long version: Back in April 2022, I realized I had a major roof leak that would leave a massive puddle inside of my garage after heavy rain. I inquired on Angi.com, the morning I realized it was the roof leaking. I had a roofing company just pop up to inspect the damage, and without even pulling his ladder to actually inspect the roof, proceeded to tell me what the issue was and that they could get it fixed ASAP, but they have a minimum fee of $725. As I was talking to the roofer from the other company, I received a text from Sam. Shortly after the roofer left, I responded to Sam and he said that he would be in my area the following morning and could stop by. Sam came out the next day, actually climbed up on the roof, did a thorough inspection, and told me exactly what the problem(s) was. He quoted me a price significantly lower than the other company and said he could come out a few days later (because it was still snowing... in April). He sealed the windows and flashing, then asked me to let him know if the roof leaked at all after. A day or so later we had heavy rains and very strong winds in my area (I live on a hill) so the wind had lifted the shingles on the corner of the roof which caused water to enter the garage. I contacted Sam, and he came out the same day, and repaired/sealed the roof, and again instructed me to reach out if the roof leaked at all. It is July 15, 2022 and we have had quite a few heavy rains/strong winds since April 2022 (it is actually raining right now), and the roof has not leaked at all. Thank you again Sam, I sincerely appreciate it!!!"

"Tom Burke, owner of Tom's Construction, returned my call requesting an estimate promptly, and was friendly, professional, and helpful in thoroughly discussing the extensive foundation repairs needed for our home. Although he was unable to perform the work personally due to our location, he referred us to others whom he believed could perform the work. He very kindly answered my questions, and extended himself above and beyond what would normally be anticipated knowing that we would be unable to enter into a contractual agreement at this time. If I had the option of hiring him to complete work on my home, I would do so, as he favorably impressed me with his knowledge and professionalism. I understand that he will be licensed to work in my area in the near future, and I will definitely keep him in mind for any future needs we may have.

"I contacted Infinity Exteriors after a small leak appeared in our ~25 year old roof during a recent rain storm. Their representative, Ricky, arrived within 2 days to evaluate the situation and, after a thorough examination of both the exterior and interior structure of the roof, gave me the option to either patch the area causing the leak, together with another area with distorted shingles, or to replace the roof entirely. Given the age of the roof, I elected to proceed with the whole roof replacement and also had them install new gutter guards which I had been planning to replace in any case. Since I had an active leak, the roof replacement was scheduled for less than than 2 weeks after the initial contact. The entire process was very impressive. The roofing crew arrived as expected at 7:00 AM and immediately got to work, the dumpster and materials arrived within the next 2 hours, the original roof was stripped soon after noon. Several roof boards were replaced, a new water diverting "cricket" built above the chimney, new shingles and new chimney flashing installed and the work site thoroughly cleaned up by 8:00 PM the same day. I observed an outstanding work ethic from everyone on the crew. Gutter Guards were installed a few days later in a process that took less than 2 hours and a final inspection took place the day after that. Communication by phone and email throughout the entire process with both Ricky and the Project Manager, Jim, was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending Infinity Exteriors and would definitely use them again."
